Jérôme Thill has over 25 years' experience in the healthcare sector. He was COO of a biotech company, then Chief Operating Officer of Cerba Healthcare since 2005, where he steered the group's transformation. He has recognized expertise in the structuring and profitable growth of companies, as well as solid experience in equity and debt fund-raising, with six LBO operations to his credit.
Johanna Michielin has over 10 years' experience in technology transfer and the development of ecosystems for start-ups. She headed CNRS Innovation and also sits on the CNRS Board of Directors. She is currently leading the expansion of Biolabs in Europe, which currently hosts over 300 start-ups.
Thomas is Chairman of Advalent and an independent Board member. He previously spent 27 years at McKinsey as a Partner, member of the European Healthcare management team, and head of the Healthcare and Life Sciences practices in France. Thomas is an active contributor to several think tanks, and invests in and actively supports numerous start-ups and growth companies.
Laurent Debussche brings over 35 years' experience in oncology R&D. He has held senior positions in major pharmaceutical companies, including Sanofi, where he was Global Vice President Oncology Research. His expertise covers the strategic management of preclinical research and clinical trials, contributing to the successful development of new cancer therapies.
