Share4Kids x ADLIN: a national repository for pediatric cancer research

ADLIN Science is proud to be the technological partner of the Share4Kids project, the first national multi-omics data warehouse dedicated to childhood cancers.

Supported by the React4Kids networknetwork, in association with the Léon Bérard Center and numerous academic and hospital institutions, this structuring project aims to federate public and private data to better understand the mechanisms of pediatric cancers and accelerate the development of targeted therapies.

A unique research environment

Thanks toADLIN Workspace, researchers can now :

  • Explore bulk and single-cell data from over 50 structured, interoperable multi-omics datasets.
  • Launch advanced bioinformatics analyses (RNAseq, single-cell, etc.) via integrated pipelines and IDEs (RStudio, JupyterLab, etc.).
  • Visualize and interpret data using no-code tools such as Explomics.
  • Work in complete security, thanks to an infrastructure that complies with RGPD standards, without data displacement (Data Visiting).

This framework enables efficient collaboration between hospitals, academic laboratories, startups and industry, while guaranteeing data sovereignty.

Exemplary collaboration in the public interest

This partnership is supported by major players in the healthcare ecosystem: DGOS, Inserm, CNRS, INCa, Unicancer, as well as committed foundations and associations such as Enfants Cancers Santé and 2500 Voix.
